Additionally, when a Customer makes a booking with Stein Home-Check, our online Job Management System will send you an automated email and/or SMS to confirm your appointment (which for your security also includes the name of the Engineer) and further automated messages to advise when they are travelling to you, and at each of stage thereafter as they update the status of the job on their hand-held device.
